TYC BIKE RALLY WERE WARMLY HOSTED FOR HIGH TEA BY SHRI JAMPHEL WANGDU LA

On November 22nd, following a successful protest and public gathering in Tawang, the participants of the TYC Bike Rally were warmly hosted for high tea by Shri Jamphel Wangdu La,
Chairman of Religion and Culture Affairs, Arunachal Pradesh. During the gathering, all participants were honored with khatas and inspired by his unwavering support for the cause.
Shri Jamphel la also presented a biography of his late father, Shri Karma Wangchu la, a Padma Shri awardee and former Minister. Shri Karma Wangchu la was a steadfast supporter of Tibet, dedicating his life to leading numerous campaigns in solidarity with Tibet and the Tibetan people.
The Tibetan Youth Congress extends its deepest gratitude to Shri Jamphel and his family for their enduring support.

TYC BIKERS VISIT THE HISTORIC PLACE, KHENZIMANE.

TYC Bike Rally participants began their journey at 5:30 AM with a briefing before heading towards Khenzimane.
Along the way, the Lungla BJP unit graciously hosted breakfast at the circuit house. The group then visited the Green Tara Monastery, where the head lama welcomed them with Khatas and offered prayers for Tibet’s freedom and the success of the rally.
After a three and a half-hour ride, they arrived at the historic Khenzimane, a profoundly significant site. This was the first place in India where His Holiness the Dalai Lama set foot as an exile, arriving on a yak and received by a team from the Assam Rifles led by Shri T.S. Murthy, the Assistant Political Officer (APO).
At this deeply emotional location, the participants offered prayers for the long life of His Holiness and for the freedom of Tibet. They were also blessed under the auspicious tree planted by His Holiness upon his arrival. Situated on the border between Tibet and India, Khenzimane holds immense historical and spiritual importance.
The group concluded their visit by singing Tibet’s national anthem and then proceeded to the Gorsam Stupa, where they prayed for the same noble cause. After a full day of activities, the participants safely arrived in Tawang at 6:30 PM.

TYC ALL INDIA BIKE RALLY KICKED OFF FROM THE ZERO POINT OF INDO-TIBET BORDER- BHUMLA PASS.

TYC All India Bike Rally kicked off from the zero point of Indo-Tibet border- Bumla Pass. The event was flagged off by Shri Pankaj Goyal Ji, National General Secretary of BTSM, and led by the TYC President, Joint Secretary, and TYC social media officer. The rally began with a spirited slogan-raising session in front of Chinese Army, where participants chanted “Long live His Holiness the great 14th Dalai Lama,” “Tibet belongs to Tibetans,” and “Bhoerangzen Gyalo” “Tibet’s Independence, India’s Security” while waving the Nationals flag and TYC organizational flag. The protest was also joined by BTSM members who are part of the Tawang Yatra organized by BTSM.

TYC PRESIDENT AND MEDIA OFFICER PAID VISIT TO KAMAKHYA TEMPLE IN GUWAHATI, ASSAM.

TYC President Gonpo Dhundup and Media Officer Tenzin Lobsang paid visit to Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati, Assam,
alongside Shri Indresh Kumar Ji, ( Senior RSS Leader) Shri Pankaj Goyal Ji, (National General Secretary BTSM) Shri R.K. Khrimey Ji, ( convener, Core Group for Tibetan cause) other dignitaries from Bharat Tibbat Sanyog Manch.
Later in the evening, the TYC President was invited as a special guest at the inaugural ceremony of the 13th Tawang Yatra.
The event was graced by Chief Guest Shri Indresh Kumar Ji, Guest of Honour kungo Tsering Dolma la member of TPiE, and special guests including Shri R.K. Krimey Ji, Shri Ravindra Raju Ji (BJP Organization Secretary for Assam and Tripura), Kailash Ji (BTSM Assam President), Tashi Dekyi la (ITCO Coordinator), and other distinguished attendees.
The TYC President and Media Officer will join the 13th Tawang Yatra with over 270 participants from BTSM.

TYC DELEGATION VISIT TASHILING TIBETAN SETTLEMENT AND SCHOOL, NEPAL

On November 12th, the TYC Centrex members visited the Tashiling Tibetan Settlement,
where they were warmly received by the regional president at their hotel. The delegation held a public meeting in the community hall, during which the TYC President addressed the audience on Tibet’s pressing issues and TYC’s ongoing  campaign initiatives. The session concluded with an engaging Q&A segment with the public.
Following the meeting, the former RTYC Tashiling President guided the delegation to the settlement’s exhibition hall and carpet showroom. The team then toured the settlement, including a visit to the SOS School.
The school principal provided a briefing about the institution, followed by visits to classrooms and activity rooms.
The Centrex members also visited the settlement’s monastery before concluding their program with a lunch meeting with regional working committee members. On November 13th, the delegation departed for Kathmandu.

TYC DELEGATION VISITS PALJORLING AND TASHI PHALKYAL TIBETAN SETTLEMENT, NEPAL

On November 11th, the Centrex members visited the Paljorling Tibetan Settlement,

where they were warmly received by Regional President Gyachung la. A public meeting was held in the hall, featuring addresses and a Q&A session. Afterwards, they visited the local monastery. In the afternoon, the centrex members traveled to the Tashi Phalkyal Tibetan Settlement for another public program.

Regional President Daser la and her team welcomed them and provided an update on the settlement’s activities. The Centrex members then met with the public at a community gathering, where TYC Organization Secretary Yeshi Chomphel la discussed the purpose of the visit. The TYC President addressed the gathering and participated in a Q&A session. The regional President and executive members expressed their gratitude to the Centrex delegation and hosted a dinner gathering at a nearby restaurant, joined by incoming and outgoing working committee members.

TYC DELEGATION VISITS NEPAL JAMPALING. NEPAL

On November 10th, the TYC Centrex members were warmly welcomed at the hotel by RTYC Jampaling President Gyatso la.

They then proceeded to the Jampaling Tibetan settlement, where they were received with Khatak by TSO Kungoe Karma la, Former TYC VP Tamding Hrichoe la, and RTYC Jampaling working committee members. A public meeting was held in the community hall, commencing with a welcome speech by the regional President. The event was attended by TSO Kungo Karma la, former Centrex members, and settlement dignitaries. The TYC President addressed the gathering and engaged in a Q&A session with the audience. Following this, the Former Centrex VP extended closing thanks, marking the conclusion of the public meeting. Later, the regional working committee members organized a lunch for the Centrex members and all guests. After lunch, the Centrex members held a private meeting with regional working committee members at the regional office, and

The day’s program concluded with visits to the RTYC Jampaling hall, gym, and cheese factory.

TYC DELEGATION VISITS NEPAL LO TSAROK, MUSTANG. NEPAL

TYC President Gonpo Dhundup, Organization Secretary Yeshi Chomphel, and Media Officer Tenzin Lobsang arrived in Pokhara, Nepal, on November 6th.
On November 7th, they traveled by road to Lo Tsarok Mustang, where they were welcomed by the RTYC Lo Tsarok President and executive members. In the evening, they held a meeting with members of the Tibetan community, attended by the local representative and heads of other NGOs.
TYC organization secretary Yeshi Chomphel spoke about the purpose of their visit and greeted the public, while TYC President Gonpo Dhundup discussed the critical situation in Tibet and updated the community on TYC’s activities and campaigns. The program concluded with a Q&A session.
On the morning of November 8th, the delegation visited Muktinath and a nearby monastery. They also stopped at Marpha Tibetan Market, where they engaged with local Tibetan traders. Upon returning to the settlement, they visited the farm area, school, and regional office.
On the morning of November 9th, the Centrex delegation departed for Pokhara by road.

AUSTRALIAN TIBET SUPPORT GROUP VISITS TYC OFFICE

The General Secretary of the Tibetan Youth Congress and representatives of Tibetan NGOs met with the Australian Tibet Support Group, led by the Australia Tibet Council. They had a productive and engaging afternoon session, discussing the campaigns and initiatives that Tibetan NGOs are undertaking, as well as the critical situation in Tibet.

TYC VICE PRESIDENT ATTENDED AS THE CHIEF GUEST ON RTYC MANGALORE FRESHER’S DAY

Tibetan Youth Congress Vice President attended as the chief guest, alongside Kungo Jigme Tsultrim la (South Zone Chief Representative), at the Freshers’ Day event organized by RTYC Mangalore. The Vice President spoke about the importance of youth involvement in political campaigns and highlighted the worsening situation inside Tibet.
