TYC Joint Secretary Mr Tsering Choephel la and Information Secretary Miss Lhamo la met with the Estonian delegation, alongside representatives from other Tibetan organizations, to discuss the current critical situation in Tibet and provide insights into the operations of Tibetan organizations.
