Delhi Jan 23: Tibetan Youth Congress delivered a Memorandum to US President Barack Obama ahead of his visit to India. The memorandum was delivered to the US Embassy in Delhi this morning by TYC International Relations and Informational Secretary Tsewang Dolma.
TYC stated in its memorandum that so long as China continues to illegally occupy Tibet, Tibetans will continue to protest and demand for freedom. TYC has urged the President to “help bring about immediate and positive change for Tibet and hold China accountable for their actions inside Tibet”.
