Tsering Phuntsok, set himself on fire in front of the local Chinese Police Station in Drachen Village, Marthong County, Ngaba. He passed away at the scene of his protest. Chinese security personnel then bundled his body into a vehicle and drove it to Barkham. He is survived by his wife and two children.
