On 27 April 2026, the President of the Tibetan Youth Congress visited the Bureau of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in New Delhi, also known as the Embassy of Tibet, and met with Representative Mr. Jigme Jungney la. The meeting served as an important occasion to provide a detailed update on the ongoing Black Hat March Campaign undertaken by the Tibetan Youth Congress, highlighting its objectives, outreach efforts, and continued mobilisation activities.
During the interaction, the delegation also extended warm congratulations to the newly appointed Bureau Secretary, Ms. Tashi Dickey la, on her new responsibility. The President expressed appreciation for her appointment and conveyed confidence in her leadership and continued commitment to advancing the work of the Bureau.
The visit reflected the Tibetan Youth Congress’s continued engagement with key Tibetan institutions in exile and reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining close coordination and communication on matters concerning the Tibetan movement and its global advocacy efforts.
