On the third day of Tibetan New Year, Tibetan Youth Congress organized A Prayer Meeting at Tsukla Khang to pray for the soul of our brave men and women who have sacrificed their lives for the Independence of Tibet. The prayer started at 9-30am to 5-00pm at Tsukla Khanga. Tea and Lunch was served for the mass and also Tsok was distributed in the evening. 

At 11-00am on the third day of Tibetan New Year, Three days Fast for Tibetan by 50 Tibetans was called off, Geshe Molam Thardchen, Member of Parliament was the Chief Guest. Mr. Dhundup Lhadar,Gen.Secretary of Tibetan Youth Congress conveyed his appreciation to the participant on behalf of TYC and request to everyone to take part in the activities in near future too. Geshe Molam Tharchen addressed the participant by appreciating their will and determination. He stated that everyone should take the responsibilities for the struggle of Independence especially in up coming 50 years of Chinese occupation of Tibet.  He also stated that Tibetan Youth Congress is most important organization in Tibetan Community and whatever activities done by TYC so far have been nonviolence.  China has blamed TYC as a terrorist organization which is completely baseless allegations.

Tibetan Youth Congress declared not to celebrate Tibetan New Year celebration of 2136 Earth Ox Year and organized different activities to recognize and honor the sacrifices of our martyrs and to express our solidarity with brave men and women of Tibet who continue to withstand unimaginable hardship to uphold the sovereignty of our nation.
