More than 35 Tibetans from five regional chapters took part in the TYC led peaceful protest demonstration at Chinese Embassy in New Delhi on 10th October, 2007. The Embassy Officials have reportedly demanded for more forces for portection.

Some members were not satisfied for failing their attempt to pull down the Chinese flag. TYC executive members have been taking all the necessary legal guidance from the legal experts. At present, More than 250 members of TYC are undergoing various Court trails in different parts of India for peaceful demonstrations and have been charged under different sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Criminal Proceeding Code (Cr.Pc).
