Day 18th
Since we have to cover only 15kms and as per instruction from the office of Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) at Sripeerumbudur, we must reached there only after 4-00 pm, where we halt the night of day 18. The morning was little bit of relax but they had very huge dialectical debate between monks of Sera Jhe and Drepung Loseling. The topic of debate was the next Buddha “Jetsung Jamgong was not an Enlighted” At 11-00 am the Brahma Kumari staff presented the gift of spiral note book and ball pen to the marcher for the remembrance and TYC leaders presented Scarf and Sovinor to the staff. Again at 12-00 noon the lunch was served for the marchers and The Tibet’s Independence March started at 2-00pm from Brahma Kumari though its very hot and sunny day but the marchers didn’t mind what kind of weather it was. Their determination is getting firm and stronger in each and everyday.
The marcher reached in RGNIYD at Sripeerumbudur around 6-30pm. Later around 9-30pm Mrs Asha Reddy the active supporter joined the Marcher and spent the night with Tibet’s Independence Marcher.
Day 19th Report
As we are getting closer to the destination, the weather is becoming hotter each and everyday, since its precaution for the betterment health of marcher. Tibet’s Independence March started at 5-30am after break fast from RGNIYD towards Sundar Tirpur Mandapan at Poonamalle which was 18kms away from the previous halt. The cool morning breeze helped the marcher to reach the destination faster. The marcher reached at Poonamalle around 10-00am covering the 18kms within five hours. Since we decided to halt the night at Poonamalle and hot weather outside make marcher to have good sleep in the after noon.
