Message = The journey to freedom requires sacrifice, determination, courage, compassion and a belief in justice. Your selfless and patriotic actions bring honour and dignity to the rightful cause of Tibetan independence and remind the world that Tibetans are not struggling for any form of 'autonomy' or lesser association within Communist China, but for the enjoyment of free cultural, political, and territorial rights, as an independent nation. Bod Rangzen!

Message = I put my hands together and bow to your devotion and your courage. but I also have great concern for your precious lives. I am concerned the Chinese govenment is too overcome with delusions and ignorance. Their ears are closed. I do not wish you to sacrifice your lives under those conditions.
MIght those of us, scattered around the globe, who support your cause offer to fast a day for you? On that day we would fast so that you could take some food nourishment.
This would ease the burden on your body and generate the added benefit of bringing more people into efforts for the cause of the Tibetan people.
